You can receive a Health Screening test (for less than 10% of the normal cost) that will provide analysis for over 30 medical factors. This screening is made possible in partnership with Consolidated Laboratory Services, Kindred Hospital North Florida, St. Luke’s Hospital, Orange Park Medical Center and by countless hours of volunteer service contributed by members of the Clay County Chamber of Commerce. The panel of tests will screen for the following:

• Diabetes
• Anemia
• Liver Disease
• Blood Disorders
• Electrolyte Disturbance
• Calcium Abnormality
• Thyroid Function
• Lipid Profile
• Screening for Prostate Cancer (men only)
